Yoga is one of the oldest contemplative sciences we have. Long before neuroscience had language for the nervous system, yoga was working with it. Long before psychology had language for patterns of mind and suffering, the yogis had already mapped the territory and developed systematic methods for moving through it. 

My approach integrates the contemplative depth of yoga traditions with modern psychology, anatomy and therapeutics, and neuroscience. The intention is the same whether you're here for a single class or a full teacher training.
