Yoga is one of the oldest contemplative sciences we have.
Long before neuroscience had language for the nervous system, yoga was working with it. Long before psychology had language for it, the yogis recognized the separation of self from soul and developed systematic methods, including the eight-limbed path, for liberation from suffering.

My approach integrates the contemplative depth of the yoga traditions with modern psychology, anatomy and therapeutics, and neuroscience. Whether you're here for a single class, a retreat, or a teacher training, the intention is the same.
