I was the high-achieving person who believed that if I worked harder, earned more credentials, and checked every box, things would eventually feel the way I imagined they should.
They didn't.
I was also a psychologist who knew better, and still ran the same loops. People pleasing. Overextension. The persistent sense that the next accomplishment would be the one that finally made it feel like enough.
Knowing is not the same as changing. That gap became the foundation of everything I do now.
Human Rewired was built from that process. Not as a concept. As a lived methodology.
I hold a doctorate in psychology from the University of Virginia. I've worked with individuals, families, and organizations for over twenty years. I'm an international yoga teacher trainer and faculty contributor for Yoga Medicine. I live close to the sea in Virginia Beach with my spouse Omar and our sheepadoodle Luca.
This work isn't separate from my life. It's how I live it.
